Where are you located?

We are located in Nottingham and offer our services throughout the East Midlands. Though we are always open to projects in the wider UK.

What Clients do you work with?

We work with a wide variety of investors: from those investing privately, working in social care development or living abroad investing internationally. We are here to help anyone who is wanting to start their new investment adventure or is a seasoned pro looking for someone to manage their project.

What are your qualifications/experience?

As a company we have delivered builds to a GDV of over £15,000,000.00 with over 40 completed projects under our belt. As a team we also have over 10 years of education and experience in the industry. In fact, many of our team are studying for further qualifications and memberships specific to construction and it’s industries. So we’ve definitely got a lot of practical knowledge to share!

Do you have any construction services?

We do not offer an in house construction team, but we do have strong links with wonderful professionals who can work to a variety of build sizes and design needs.

I am new to Property, what service is best for me?

We have a full range of Project Management services to take a project from A-Z but if you’re looking for something less hands on we also offer consultancy services for those wishing to explore this industry but need some assistance along the way.
