£25,000 – £40,000 a year – Full-time

We are a small but successful and growing property development, project management and consultancy company looking for someone well-organised, articulate and analytical.

We have numerous projects in hand and even more in the pipeline primarily in Nottinghamshire but covering all of the east midlands. These range from HMO conversions and new builds to commercial conversion projects. With project values in the region of £1m – £3m. Given the continuing and foreseeable increase in projects, we are recruiting a new Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
