An example of one of our internal Crossover projects. This project showcases the creation of a 7-bed full ensuite HMO, developed from an under-utilised and unloved existing property and transformed into modern and affordable accommodation. To complete the transformation we carried out a full refurbishment from the installation of ensuites to the final stylish touches of new decor. All helping bring this property back to the present and develop a new lease of life.
