Crossover in Cannes:
The sky is grey and we’re back to working hard, but we still have great memories of the MIPIM sunshine to get us through!
It has been over a month since the event, and we wanted to share some memorable experiences enjoyed in Cannes.
The Palais des Festivals was the epicentre of the occasion, where representatives from countries outside of the UK came together to share insights and knowledge on all things property and real estate. With daytime meetings in the sun, there were many opportunities for us to develop and build relationships. Meeting with strategic partners, development lenders, equity lenders, and other TDC members that blended seamlessly into dinners in the evening.
Furthermore, the setting sun provided the perfect backdrop for discussions. With late evenings filled with the chatter of upcoming deals, projects and further chances to connect with our peers. Most notably, we enjoyed a dinner with LDS on their Yacht. Dining with their CEO and Relationship Manager, fortifying our budding relationship.
Later, the evening party hosted by the TDC was also a resounding success. With over 100 people in attendance, we mingled with many familiar and new faces; Meeting fellow UK Property Developers and local professionals. With networking at the forefront of the evening, it was a pleasure to engage with TDC Sponsors and other property professionals.

Overall, we had an excellent time and it was a pleasure to attend and experience the event.
