Property Development & Collaboration
Last month was filled with many exciting moments for Crossover Property – One of our crowning events was the opportunity to host several of the Board Members of The Developers Club. The sun was shining as we seized the opportunity to display the future of Crossover Property, providing an exclusive insight into what we have coming up as we move into the year. It was a pleasure to showcase the diversity and scope of ongoing and upcoming projects, from our new build developments and mixed-used conversions to our work with other providers. Our guests visited 5 of our current projects; we were honoured to share our vision. The positive engagement and feedback we received were inspiring!
The day was filled with thought-provoking discussions about -property and development in general, offering us new and valuable insights into our operations. These talks will play an important role in shaping our plans, sparking inspiration as we evaluate our progress. This collaborative community is what the TDC is all about and represents the very best of networking within the property.
In addition, we are thrilled to share that with more projects in the pipeline, our current Gross Development Value (GDV) is due to increase significantly; these projects demonstrate our commitment to growth within the Development sector and are a testament to the hard work we have invested into maintaining relationships in the industry. With our projected growth, we are set to expand our developments and continue to contribute to providing a wealth of housing opportunities within the East Midlands (and perhaps beyond…).
As the day closed, we delved into the trials that can be presented in projects, particularly ensuring the projects continue to deliver long-term value to future owners and current investors. We must navigate these challenges to guarantee our work is sustainable. Having a network of peers within the industry provides an invaluable resource to exchange support and ideas on problems that may otherwise not be considered. It is also reassuring to know that others can encounter the same difficulties and find those same issues just as daunting no matter what scale or scope of developments we might be working on.
We look forward to project completion and inviting everyone back to see the transformation of our sites. Continued collaboration will be vital to achieve our vision for the future. Stay tuned for more updates on the exciting journey into the future and for more on those five new developments!
