A complex project undertaking the planning and combination of two existing 6-bed HMOs into a spacious 7-bed HMO with ensuite facilities. With a focus on tenant retention and care, we crafted homely and inviting spaces with a highlight being the restoration and retention of the original Victorian Minton flooring.
